Canvas Transfers

CANVAS TRANFERS MAKE A WONDERUFL, UNIQUE GIFT!!

We are now offering custom canvas transfers of every open edition print or poster we sell. This technique simulates the rich texture and appearance of an original oil or acrylic painting on canvas.

The print or poster that you select is cropped to the image and using a chemical process, the image on your print is lifted from the paper and transferred onto a high quality 100% cotton art canvas. The canvas art print is unstretched for ease of shipping and to avoid damage in transit. Once stretched over canvas stretcher bars (a lightweight frame that canvases are stretched over), or simply mounted to a board, the piece can be hung as is or a frame can be added, if desired.

Unframed canvases are a very hot look right now and offer a unique look to any decor...plus, a frame can be added at any time. No glass is needed as the canvas is sealed with a satin matte finish coating that protects the image from dust, moisture and other elements. The finish allows the piece to be easily cleaned without harming the image.

Our low, introductory price for a custom canvas transfer is only $2.00 per united inch (the average gallery price for a custom canvas transfer is between $3.00 and $6.00 a united inch).

To figure the united inches of an image, add the length to the width. Example: 20 x 20 inch image = 40 united inches, 40 x 2.00 = $80 for the canvas transfer (plus the cost of the print). The canvas transfer process can be added at the time of checkout.
