RETURN POLICY


We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of any of our Paper Prints you may return it within 10 days of receipt and receive a free replacement and or store credit for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be included. All Wood Signs and Stretched Canvas orders are custom made to order and are Non Refundable!

How To Return Your Product

Expedited Photo Returns
If your product arrives damaged in some way we offer a hassle-free process for a speedy replacement.


Here's how:
  1. Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
  2. Attach your photos to an email and send them to service@enjoyart.com. Please include your order number, shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason you are requesting a replacement, and whether you'd like a replacement or store credit.
  3. You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming that your photo return is being processed.
  4. If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. We will process your replacement print and or store credit based on your photos.

Please note:
  • Photo Returns are accepted for most posters and art prints. Photo Returns are NOT available for some items including Canvas, Stretched Canvas, Wood Signs and limited edition prints.
  • If the damage or quality issues are not apparent in the photos, you may be required to return the item at your expense before the return can be processed.
