Garden at Vetheuil Painting by Claude Monet Poster Fine Art Giclee Print
This is a charming fine art giclee print of a Claude Monet impressionism painting entitled "The Artist's Garden at Vetheuil" featuring a garden pathway lined with sun flowers. Claude Monet was born in Paris on the 14th of November, 1840 and was an initiator, leader, and unswerving advocate of the Impressionist style. When he was five years old, he moved to the port town of Le Havre. The only subject which seemed to spark any interest in the child was painting. Monet had said that he "understands" and "loves nature" and was very fond of the world outdoors. Despite failing eyesight, Monet continued to paint almost to the time of his death, on December 5, 1926, at Giverny.
